Engineering Manager, Christopher Taylor, possesses over eight years of professional experience developing and maintaining virtual maintenance trainers for DoD and civilian applications using VR, Unity, and C++. He leads members of the VE Studio development team, as well as DiSTI's customer support team, for both domestic and international customers. In his work as a software engineer he has developed key features to more easily create virtual training solutions within the VE Studio content development platform.

Tim Rothenberger, Engineering Manager II, is an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of quality software development and project management. He has worked on several of DiSTI's most distinguished projects, including the United States Army's Family of Maintenance Trainers program. In his role at DiSTI he serves as a mentor and advisor to junior engineers, advising on best practices and bringing his previous experience as a Software Engineering Manager at Unity to the table.

Luis Londono, IT Security Manager at The DiSTI Corporation, is a dedicated cybersecurity professional with a proven commitment to protecting critical systems and data. A Warrant Officer in the United States Army, Luis brings exceptional leadership skills and a disciplined approach to IT security. His expertise in managing and mitigating risks ensures robust protection for organizational assets while fostering a company-wide culture of security awareness. Luis's leadership and military background position him as a trusted authority in safeguarding DiSTI's digital infrastructure and protecting the information of our clients.

Andrew Paciga, Art Manager at The DiSTI Corporation, is a skilled leader with extensive expertise in 3D modeling, 2D graphic design, and video production. He oversees a talented team of 3D modelers and artists, fostering collaboration to deliver visually stunning and technically precise projects. Andrew's ability to manage large teams while maintaining high-quality standards ensure that DiSTI consistently produces industry-leading visual solutions for its advanced software products.

Linda Flannery is an exceptional engineering manager, who helms DiSTI's GL Studio development team. Managing a team of engineers, she works to endure the DiSTI's flagship product, GL Studio, continues to remain a world-class HMI Software Development Tools that meets and exceeds the needs of our customers.

Doug Classe, Director of Engineering at DiSTI, leads the development of VE Studio with a focus on innovation and excellence. Rob Gallagher is a distinguished veteran with more than 27 years of experience in Naval Aviation and Defense Acquisitions, culminating in his retirement as a Navy Captain. During his extensive career, Mr. Gallagher served as a Program Director at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where he led critical initiatives in aviation and defense acquisitions. He also served as a Commander of the Navy’s largest test and evaluation squadron, where he helped ensure that critical warfighting systems were ready for deployment. Mr. Gallagher is a distinguished graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Navy Test Pilot School, two highly prestigious institutions. His outstanding career achievements and previous appointments have equipped him with a unique skill set that aligns perfectly with DiSTI’s vision of developing cutting-edge training solutions and a commitment to warfighter readiness.

Dawn Haulter is a dynamic Marketing and Branding expert with over 20 years of experience specializing in brand identity, digital marketing strategies, and transformative content creation. With a keen eye for innovation, along with an ability to leverage a wide range of skills, she develops impactful campaigns that elevate DiSTI's market presence and drive engagement. Her expertise in crafting compelling brand narratives and leveraging a variety of platforms ensure that DiSTI remains at the forefront of the advanced software solutions industry.

Kathy Griffin is a seasoned Business Development professional, renowned for her expertise in proposal writing and strategic growth initiatives. Steve Jackson is a Training and Simulation industry executive and recipient of the National Training Systems Association (NTSA) Governors Award for Lifetime Achievement in Training and Simulation with over 40 years of experience in a wide range of capacities, including business development, engineering, marketing, program management, and business operations. Focusing on defense-related systems, Steve leads DiSTI’s business development team in the identification, pursuit, winning, and management of new programs within DiSTI’s Virtual Training Solutions sector, covering aviation, land, and maritime systems for domestic and international customers.

Jen Harding is an accomplished Human Resources professional, directing the HR needs at The DiSTI Corporation. She brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Known for her strategic approach, Jen fosters a positive workplace culture while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Her commitment to driving growth through innovative HR practices has been instrumental in supporting DiSTI's success as a leading provider of advanced software solutions.

Joseph Mercer is Vice President at Dos Rios Partners. In 2012, Joseph started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James where he advised on numerous transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements. He attended Baylor University, where he earned a BBA with Honors in Business Fellows, Accounting, Economics and Finance.
