Register for a simulation professional series class.

We will be processing registration forms between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EDT Monday thru Friday.

SPACE IS LIMITED! You will receive an email confirmation and hotel information if there are still openings, or will be informed if the class is filled. If you have not heard back from us within 3 business days, please contact us at (407) 206-3390.

If you would like to pay by credit card, please use the printable form and fax it to (407) 206-3396.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds for cancellations less than 10 business days before start of class. A $30 fee will be charged for cancellations prior to 10 business days. Substitutions may be made but you will need to notify the registrar in advance of the class. In the unlikely event that the course must be cancelled, liability is limited to the registration fee only.

(If submitting a DD-1556, Box 37 (Billing Address) must be completed and Box 33c must be signed. The registrar will then issue an invoice to the address in Box 37.)
