Brian Caudill has been a training technologies consultant and owner of JCA Solutions since 2001. He specialized in SCORM and E-Learning specification and their implementations. He has written and lectured extensively on the subject and has had white papers published at I/ITSEC. Mr. Caudill is the co-author of "Instructional Designers Pocket Guide to SCORM" and JCA Solutions' SCORM Course. He has also published software titles such as Metadata Generator Pro, Manifest Generator Pro, and Simple SCORM Packager specifically for creating SCORM content.
He is a former member of the University of Central Florida's Accessibility Task Force for Implementation of Section 508 of the American Disabilities Act and former member of the Core Group of the Department of Defense Joint Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory, where he provided technical consulting on SCORM to the military and private contractors.
Mr. Caudill earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and was recognized as Student Researcher of the Year while at the Institute for Simulation and Training for his research on SCORM metadata.
Mr. Caudill has been certified by the Alexandria Co-Lab as a SCORM auditor. His company is registered with ADLnet.org as a SCORM Adopter. In 2002, he received a grant from the ADL to develop SCORM tools for the ADL community. |
