STUDENT ENTRY CLARIFICATION

As long as the submittal was generated as a student project, did not employ professional developers and the team members were students any time from September 30, 2008 through September 30, 2009, we will accept it as a student entry.

Submission Checklist

Serious games will be accepted between August 15 and September 30 2009

Announcement of Finalists                             
October 15, 2009
Finalists will be notified via email.

2009 I/ITSEC Conference                              
November 30 -December 3, 2009
Finalists will be prominently displayed at the Serious Games Pavilion outside the main entrance to the I/ITSEC exhibit hall. Developers are also invited to demonstrate their serious games. Winners will be announced on December 3, 2009.

Submittal process:

2. Download submittal forms- Form1 - Form2

3. Complete forms and email to- SUBMIT

• Please Note: On the Declaration Form we must have an actual signature. If you sign the paperwork and scan it, you can then send us the scanned document via email.
• Please direct any questions about this form to- INFO

4. A confirmation email will be sent that includes details on how to upload your submittal to the SGSC ftp site.

• The ftp site will be available from Aug 15 to Sept 30

5.Submit your entry fee at a url which will appear here when submissions open on August 15. unless you are a student entry
