Russel is the founder and CEO of Intelligence Gaming Inc. He is a well established expert in the integration of commercial gaming models and business into the Department of Defense (DOD) with a particular emphasis on security issues, contracting, and program management methodologies designed to support government metrics and requirements.  Intelligence Gaming has several major Serious Games and Simulation projects within the DOD, military services, and intelligence agencies.  A retired U.S. Navy Commander (Cryptology and Intelligence), Russel specialized throughout his career in the  innovative uses of new technology, linguistics, and training experimentation.
