Mr. Nephi Lewis

Summary of Experience
Mr. Lewis has been with Rockwell Collins (formerly Evans & Sutherland) for 25 years, and is currently product manager of EP/EPX Real-Time and Tools Software, which are used for creating and rendering synthetic natural environments. Previously, he served as the director of EPX Software Development and the director of System Test and Verification for Integrator, Harmony, Ensemble, and ESIG software products. He has worked a spectrum of training programs from ground warfare to commercial airline trainers, and spent three years developing virtual scene content for television and video production applications. Mr. Lewis has published several conference papers and magazine articles on simulation, training, and real-time rendering. He has already taught conference tutorials at IMAGE and SIGGRAPH, as well as conducting product-specific training for Rockwell Collins’ customers.
Mr. Lewis graduated magna cum laude in Design Engineering from Brigham Young University in 1983, has also completed graduate courses in advanced computer graphics from that institution, and graduate courses in business administration from the University of Utah.
